4. Fees, Tuition, and Payment

Families are responsible for timely payment of tuition and fees unless otherwise stated in writing.
Families using scholarship programs, including EdChoice where applicable, are responsible for maintaining eligibility and completing required documentation.
The Reserve may assess late fees, returned-payment fees, or suspend services for unpaid balances, subject to applicable law and school policy.
5. Student Programs and Curriculum
The Reserve may offer academic programming, STEAM projects, College Credit Plus opportunities, clubs, enrichment activities, and other student experiences.
We reserve the right to modify curriculum, schedules, staff assignments, classroom activities, programs, clubs, policies, and offerings at any time to support student needs, school operations, safety, or compliance requirements.
6. Health, Safety, and Emergency Procedures
Families must provide current emergency contacts, medical information, health documentation, and pickup authorization information.
In case of illness, injury, emergency, or safety concern, The Reserve may contact parents or guardians, emergency contacts, medical providers, emergency responders, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities.
Families are responsible for promptly updating all health, emergency, and custody information.
7. Behavior and Community Expectations
The Reserve is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment.
Students and families are expected to act respectfully toward staff, students, families, and the school community.
The Reserve may take appropriate action, including conference requests, behavior support measures, suspension, or termination of enrollment, if conduct creates a disruption, safety concern, or violation of school policy.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Technology Use
The Reserve supports thoughtful and ethical use of technology, including artificial intelligence tools.
Students may be expected to use technology responsibly, honestly, and in accordance with school guidelines.
Misuse of technology, academic dishonesty, unauthorized access, plagiarism, or inappropriate AI use may result in disciplinary action under school policy.

The Reserve’s name, logo, website content, written materials, images, graphics, curriculum materials, and program content are owned by or licensed to The Reserve.

Student photos or videos will only be used externally with appropriate consent.
